B.TECH

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together

MIT offers a four year full time (B.Tech.) Program duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly - U.P. Technical University), Lucknow.

One of the unique features of our B.Tech program is, besides the regular curricula, second year onwards our students are compulsorily to attend updated Branch specific Industrial Training Programs, Personality Development Sessions, Aptitude - up gradation sessions etc. to take effective part in various in and out campus placement drives and finally make a meaningful contribution to industry, startups, academic or any other strata of the society.

We offer B.Tech in the following three disciplines:-

1) Computer Science and Engineering

The Computer Science and Engineering acts as the nurturing ground for young professionals who can make their mark in contemporary and emerging technologies. Their foundation in Computer Engineering will enable students with sound conceptual knowledge of subject areas as diverse as Software Engineering to Grid and Cloud Computing and have a competitive edge in Information Technology and related technologies. At MIT, we support our students with the practical dimensions through our excellent lab. facilities and project based learning.




2) Mechanical Engineering

The Mechanical Engineering is known to be the Back-bone of all the Engineering Branches. This branch caters to Automobiles, Railways, Aviation, Tribology, Maintenance, Non - Conventional Energy Resources, Nuclear Energy, Power, Industrial Engineering, Textile, Petroleum, Chemical and a numerous other industries both in private and public sector.




3) Civil Engineering

Civil Engineering is the main segment of the engineering profession which fulfills the basic engineering needs of the nation. Civil Engineering involves the construction and development of Public Transportation System, Roads, Bridges, Dam, Tunnels, Airports, Irrigation and Sewage Systems. Civil Engineering is one of the oldest engineering specialization and civil engineers are also known as the Nation Builders. There is huge demand for civil engineers in India and abroad and it is also expected to get a boost as a country gets ready to upgrade its infrastructure with growing economic and political cloud in the world. At our Institute, the program holistically equips the student - engineer through theory and multi - operational labs.
